Way to stay fit with seasonal change

The changing of the seasons should serve as a reminder to prioritise your health even more. The schedule, food, and even exercise regimen are modified as a result of the temperature shift. However, if you’ve been working hard all year to get fitter, you don’t want your efforts to be in vain.

Consume, but don’t overindulge

The main issue here is overeating. Even if it means having a dessert or a glass of wine, you must enjoy what you eat. However, never go beyond. Only what is necessary is used by our body; the extra is stored as energy in the form of fat for later use.

Eat without guilt

Some folks appear to become anxious and jittery even at the sight of sweets. It is best to avoid eating holiday food if it makes you feel guilty because it is meant to be enjoyed with delight. When you overeat out of guilt and anxiety, your body interprets the situation as stressful and releases the hormone cortisol, which increases your body fat.

Be active, but do it wisely

As the seasons change, many of us find it difficult to maintain our normal workout routines because we become more tired and lazy. However, working out doesn’t have to take place exclusively in a gym. They may take place while you are at home in comfort or even while you are travelling. If you don’t have 30 minutes to exercise, try for 20 or 10, or at least 4 minutes.

Add Layers!

One of the most important things that you MUST remember is this. When you leave the house, try dressing in woolens. Make sure to dress in full-sleeved attire.
