Afraid of skin rashes and allergies? Follow these home remedies

Your skin requires the same care as your body in the cold. Thus, throughout the winter, you must maintain a healthy skincare regimen. Using natural home remedies is one method to go about it.

1. Turmeric (Skin Type- Dry & Oil)

Combine one cup of gram flour and roughly half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Stir occasionally after adding enough milk or water to create a smooth paste. Then, mix it once more while adding a few drops of rose water. Apply this paste to your face and neck, then wait until it dries before removing it. Then give it a cool water rinse.

2. Olive Oil (Skin Type- Dry)

Apply a few drops of olive oil to your face and neck every night before you go to sleep, and  massage in an upward motion. Next, soak a towel in warm water, squeeze out the excess, and then apply it for about a minute to your face and neck. To remove any remaining oil on the face and neck, gently re-dunk the towel in warm water. Dry off the face and neck area now with a different clean towel. 

3. Saffron (Skin Type-Sensitive & Oily)

A few saffron strands should be added to the water. Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then combine this water with milk, honey, or turmeric to create a variety of face masks. Apply the cream for five to ten minutes, then rinse the face with cold water. Clean off.
